Bio: I am a proponent of international law working in Mongolia to develop an international legal center which will focus initially on environmental issues, especially those facing Mongolian nomads. I am particularly interested in the way indigenous concepts reflect emerging concepts in environmental law. My long range goal is to establish Ulanbaatar as the world capital of international law. I travel to Mongolia often and am partnering with the National Legal Institute of Mongolia, the Mongolian Roerich Society and the International Centre of the Roerichs in Moscow to produce further seminars. Also of great interest to me is the encouraging of common understanding between the realms of law and culture.
